What is an arm lift procedure?
An arm lift removes excess skin and fat from the upper arms and forearms. This may be present due to heredity or from loss of a large amount of weight.
How long do the results last following an arm lift?
Arm lift results usually last indefinitely, as long as there is no significant weight gain and loss.
Arm lift surgery time:
Depending on the amount of work to be done, this procedure may take from 1-2 hours per arm.
Arm lift recovery:
You will need to wear compressive wraps for several weeks following the procedure
Will I have restrictions following the procedure?
You should avoid rigorous activities for approximately 3 weeks following the procedure.
When will I be back to work?
You will be able to return to work in approximately 1 week provided you are not required to do heavy lifting.
